Okay SVGs, but room for improvement
The files downloaded easily enough and the designs are cute, if a little generic. I was able to use them for my shirts, but some of the lines were a bit jagged, requiring some extra cleanup in my design software. The footballs themselves weren't perfectly symmetrical which was noticeable when I scaled them up. Overall, they worked for the purpose, but I've used better quality SVGs in the past. For the price, it's acceptable but I wouldn't expect professional-level results.
