Mostly pleased with Santa's reply
Overall, it was a cute idea and my daughter loved getting a personalized letter. The quality of the letter itself was good, nice font and festive. However, I did feel the personalization could have been a little more specific. It felt a bit generic in places, despite filling out the form with lots of detail. Still, it definitely added to the Christmas magic and she's kept it as a keepsake. For the price, it was acceptable, but I might look for something with more detailed personalization next year.
