Mostly pleased with Santa's reply
It was a cute idea and my daughter loved getting a personalized letter from Santa. The quality of the PDF was good, and the personalization was well done. However, I did have to edit a couple of minor things - a slightly misspelled word and a detail that wasn't quite right about her pet. Nothing major, and easily fixed, but it would have been nice to have it perfect out of the box. Overall, it was worth the purchase and created a fun Christmas memory.
