Mostly pleased with Santa's reply
It was a cute idea and my daughter loved getting a personalized letter from Santa. The quality of the PDF was good, and the personalization was well done, though a couple of minor details weren't quite right (she's mentioned having a cat, but the letter didn't). Overall it was a nice addition to our Christmas traditions and worth the small price. I might tweak the details I provide next year to ensure a more accurate and personalized letter.
