My daughter was thrilled to receive a personalized letter from Santa. The quality of the letter itself was good, nice paper and a festive font. However, a couple of minor details were a bit off. It mentioned her having a pet hamster, which we don't have. Also, the drawing included with the letter wasn't quite as detailed or charming as the examples shown in the product description. Overall, it was a fun experience and she absolutely loved it, but it wasn't perfect. I'd probably purchase again, but I would double-check all the details before ordering next time to avoid any similar discrepancies.
