Mostly pleased with Santa's reply
It was a cute idea and my daughter loved getting a personalized letter from Santa. The quality of the PDF was good and it printed nicely. However, I did feel the letter itself was a little generic. It mentioned a couple of things she'd done, but nothing super specific, and the overall tone felt a bit rushed. For the price, I expected a little more personalization. Still, it made her Christmas morning extra special, so I'm glad we did it.
